Ground Beef Recall Updated Again - September 20, 2012

The CFIA has once again update the ground beef recall. This time to include unlabelled and/or unbranded ground beef available for sale August 24 through September 16, 2012. These may have been purchased at small retailers, local meat markets and butcher shops. 

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency recommends contacting the store you purchased the beef from or throwing it out.

Please be sure to check out the Canadian Food Inspection Agency website to ensure you do not consume any of the potentially contaminated meat.

Beef Recall - Update!

Earlier in the week I posted about a beef recall from the CFIA . They have now updated the list with more potentially contaminated beef. Several brands were sold in Ontario in Sobeys, Loblaws, and Foodland.
